As the strategic mind behind the operations, Lang saw firsthand how organisations struggled with outdated systems that made volunteer coordination unnecessarily complex and time-consuming. Driven by the belief that technology should serve community good, Lang embarked on this journey to bridge the gap between passionate volunteers and the causes that need them most. The vision extends beyond just creating software – it's about empowering communities to harness the full potential of their volunteer networks through intelligent, intuitive tools.

Brings invaluable real-world experience to the partnership, having spent countless hours volunteering at the PEGS hockey club where he witnessed the daily challenges of volunteer management from the ground up. Lachlan understands the frustrations that come with juggling spreadsheets, phone calls, endless email chains and the pleading for volunteers. His hands-on experience at the PEGS hockey club revealed just how much time and energy was being wasted on administrative tasks that could be streamlined, fuelling his passion to create a solution that would give organisations more time to focus on their core mission rather than getting bogged down in coordination chaos.
